I just came back home from a casting for an Internet advertising. It's so weird to casting for advertising as you don't really have to perform and you don't know why you're chosen or not. It's more like: "look straight ahead, no smile, show your profile, the other one, thank you, we'll let you know, goodbye". Today, we also had to say a short sentence in our mother tongue (other than French) so I was in front of the camera repeating this little phrase over and over again. Feeling ridiculous. Ahah! Otherwise, the casting director was really nice and friendly.
I really hope they're gonna take me!!!
I was hoping to be the only Italian girl, but obviously the girl waiting next to me was Italian too! :s
Now I'm studying a text for an audition tomorrow for a pretty funny theatre play and then I'm gonna relax. Mick is going out with his friend tonight so I'll have quite night for myself ;) I'd love to take a bubble bath and a glass of wine... Except we only have a shower and no bath tube! ;p
Je viens de rentrer à la maison d'un casting pour une publicité Internet. C'est bizarre les castings pour la publicité, il ne faut pas vraiment jouer un texte et on ne sait pas vraiment pourquoi on est choisi ou pas. C'est plutôt du genre: "Regarde droit devant toi, non sourit pas, montre ton profil, l'autre, merci, on vous fera savoir, au revoir". Aujourd'hui, on avait aussi une courte phrase à dire dans notre langue maternelle (autre que le français), j'étais donc devant la caméra en train de répéter cette petite phrase encore et encore. Je vous assure qu'on se sent ridicule. Ahah!
Sinon la directrice de casting était très gentille et sympa.

J'espérais être la seule fille italienne, mais, évidemment, la jeune fille qui attendait à côté de moi était italienne aussi! :s
Maintenant, je suis en train d’étudier un texte pour une audition demain pour une pièce assez drôle et puis je vais passer une soirée relax. Mick sort avec ses potes, donc ce soir j'ai une petite soirée pour moi ;) J'aimerais prendre un bain avec des bulles et un verre de vin... Sauf que nous n'avons pas de baignoire seulement une douche! ;p
Vu : des mariés en train de faire des photos devant l'Arc de Triomphe. :)
