Japanese style salmon

Near my boyfriend's office there's a nice, little Japanese restaurant, where the chef cooks in front of you.
My favorite food there is the salmon with soy sauce. As I saw him cooking it and it seemed so easy to me, I reproduced it at home yesterday night. And it's really easy indeed. And good.

What you will need:

- Salmon steaks (1 per person)
- Salted soy sauce
- Black pepper
- A wok

Ce qu'il vous faut :

- Tranches de saumon (1 par personne)
- Sauce soja salée
- Poivre noir
- Un wok

Cut the salmon steaks in small pieces. In the meanwhile put the wok on the fire.

Coupez le saumon en petits morceaux. Entre-temps, mettez le wok sur le feu.
Once the wok is hot, put the salmon in it (without anything else - no oil, no butter...).

Mix from time to time. After a couple of minutes, once the salmon is half cooked, add pepper and soy sauce. Enough sauce so that every salmon's piece is topped with it.

Keep on mixing, while the salmon finishes cooking. When it's at the right cooking point for your taste (I like it a bit crunchy), switch off the fire and serve.
I told you it was easy. And quick. And good. ;)

I served it with steamed rice and spinach.
